This machine is designed for slicing fresh boneless meat, offal, and firm vegetables like beef, beef heart, cabbage, and bell peppers. Avoid using it for frozen or bone-in meat, as this can damage the blades.
The final shape of the cut depends on the input food texture and the number of cuts. For example, chunks of food can be sliced, slices of food can be cut into strips, and strips of food can be diced. Note that the diced pieces are not complete cubes.
